In order to register, you will be asked to sign-in using your Facebook login. If you do so, you authorize us to access certain Facebook account information, including information about your Facebook friends who might be common Facebook friends with other Woo users. By allowing us to access your Facebook account, you understand that we will obtain and share your name and a profile picture, as well as the name and profile picture of your Facebook friends who are common Facebook friends with other Woo users in your network
Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable screens or pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. For example, if you post your email address, you may receive unsolicited messages. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your personal information.
Information about others:
We may collect and store personal information about other people that is available to us through your Facebook login, namely the name and picture of certain of your Facebook friends. We will only share this information with other Woo users who are already friends with your Facebook friend and who already have access to such information.
We use your information to provide you the recommendations that are selected by the Woo server on the basis of a matching algorithm.
We does not rent, sell, exchange, transfer, or release your personal information to third parties and persons who are not part of the Woo
We allow you to choose the level of disclosure of your personal information on your online profile to other Members by allowing you to decide the appropriate privacy settings for your account.
We are not responsible for any information that Members, intentionally or otherwise, disclose in the free text areas of their profile, or in any publically accessible forum
Doubleyou reserves the right to edit or delete, at its sole discretion, any content posted by you on the Woo.
Doubleyou will always take your permission if it intends to use your name, photograph, or any other personally identifiable information for its marketing material.
We may share user information with others for various reasons as described below. What information we make available to others depends on the nature of our relationships with them. We generally require these others to keep our users information confidential.
Service Providers: We may share all of the types of information we collect with vendors who provide services to us
Mobile device IDs: In order to recognize you, store your preferences, and track your use of our application, we may store your mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer) when you use the Woo application. Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted.
What we don't share: We do not provide third parties with your name, address, email address, or phone number.
Aggregated Information: We may publicly disclose aggregated information about our users, such as the total number of our users and their overall demographics.
Legal matters: Please note that Doubleyou may be required to disclose personally identifiable information by law or to comply with legal processes; to respond to claims alleging that any of the content violates the property, privacy, publicity or other rights of others; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Doubleyou, its employees, or Members; or to assist a criminal investigation by law enforcement officials. We may also transfer your information to our group company or to another company in connection with a corporate restructuring, such as a sale or merger.
We do not allow persons under 18 to register for any service, and we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 18.

Doubleyou has established a network for single people ("Woo") through its application ("Woo App”). Any person who login with Facebook account and provide permission to access their Facebook information fulfils the criteria set out in the section (Eligibility check algorithm) can become a member of Woo ("Member"), by paying the fee stipulated in their chosen subscription plan ("Subscription Fee"). Woo provides its Members an environment to interact with each other. Please note that Doubleyou does not guarantee a match. Doubleyou takes utmost care to screen all applicants and ensure their eligibility and suitability to join the Woo but does not make any representations about or stand guarantee to the character of its Members.
Applying for Membership
You can become a Member of Woo only through an access to your Facebook information.
You must be over 18 years of age, and legally single to be considered for membership to Woo. To be considered for membership to Woo, you must also not be in any romantic relationship. You agree to inform Woo immediately of any change in your relationship or marital status to avoid misleading other Members of the Woo. Doubleyou reserves the right to approve or reject your application for membership without assigning any reason.
By applying to be a Member, you consent to receive communication from Woo in all forms including phone calls, emails, mailers, text messages and push notifications. This consent shall supersede any registration, or preferences set, by you with the Do Not Disturb Register (DND Register) or the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
By accessing and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these terms and conditions and to abide by all of the terms and conditions. Using the Service may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries, you are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the territory from which you access or use the Service.
Membership and Subscription
If your application for membership is accepted, Woo will create a Member profile based on the Facebook information that you provided. Your profile will be accessible to other Members, based on your privacy settings, once you become a Member by paying the Subscription Fee. The Subscription Fee paid is non-transferrable. By becoming a Member, you consent to continue receiving communication from Woo in any form including phone calls, emails, mailers, text messages and push notifications. This consent shall supersede any registration with or preferences set by you with the Do Not Disturb Register (DND Register) or the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
Doubleyou reserves the right to modify its subscription plans at any time. Doubleyou will notify you of any changes to its subscription plans.
Your membership begins on the day Doubleyou receives your Subscription Fee. However, if the Subscription plan you choose, any promotional offer of Doubleyou that you may be using, or the terms of your invitation to join Doubleyou provide otherwise, your membership will begin on the day specified in such Subscription plan, promotional offer, or terms of your invitation. Your membership will be activated only after Doubleyou receives your payment of the Subscription Fee from the third party payment processor
Interaction among Members
Doubleyou does not bear any responsibility for Member-to-Member interactions— whether online, or at Member-initiated "get-togethers", dates, or other events offline. Doubleyou is not responsible to Members who intentionally, or otherwise, disclose their personal information in the free text areas of their profile or in any publically accessible forum

Non-commercial Use by Users
The Service is for personal use only. Users may not use the Service or any content contained in the Service (including, but not limited to, content of other users, designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, software, audio files and computer code) in connection with any commercial endeavors, such as (i) advertising or soliciting any user to buy or sell any products or services not offered by Doubleyou or (ii) soliciting others to attend parties or other social functions, or networking, for commercial purposes. Users of the Service may not use any information obtained from the Service to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any other user without his or her prior explicit consent. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not use the Service or the Service for any purpose except with Doubleyou’s express consent (such as for promoted profiles or other advertisements), which Doubleyou may provide or deny in its sole discretion. Doubleyou may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Service, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. You agree to immediately notify Doubleyou of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session
Doubleyou owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Service, and in all content, trademarks, trade names, service marks and other intellectual property rights related thereto. The Service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Doubleyou. You agree to not copy, modify, transmit, create any derivative works from, make use of, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other intellectual property or proprietary information accessible through the Service, without first obtaining the prior written consent of Doubleyou or, if such property is not owned by Doubleyou, the owner of such intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to not remove, obscure or otherwise alter any proprietary notices appearing on any content, including copyright, trademark and other intellectual property notices.
Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

In using Woo, you must behave in a civil and respectful manner at all times. Further, you will not:
Doubleyou has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all conduct on and content submitted to Woo.
You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on the Service, or transmit to other Members. You will not post on the service, or transmit to other users, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or il material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to Doubleyou or to any other user. If information provided to Doubleyou, or another user, subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly notify us of such change. The following is a partial list of content you may not upload, post, or transmit (collectively, “submit”):
Your Representations and Warranties
For each piece of content that you submit, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the right to submit the content to Doubleyou and grant the licenses set forth above; (ii) Doubleyou will not need to obtain licenses from any third party or pay royalties to any third party; (iii) the content does not infringe any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights; and (iv) the content complies with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doubleyou and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against all third party actions that: (i) arise from your activities on Woo; (ii) assert a violation by you of any term of this Agreement; or (iii) assert that any content you submitted to Woo violates any law or infringes any third party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
Third Party Copyrights and Other Rights Copyright Policy
Doubleyou respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Each user is responsible for ensuring that the materials they upload to Woo do not infringe any third party copyright, trademark or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
The Service may contain, and the Service or third parties may provide, advertisements and promotions offered by third parties and links to other web sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Doubleyou is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, information, statements, advertising, goods or services, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, third parties found in or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. You further acknowledge and agree that Doubleyou shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any such content, information, statements, advertising, goods or services or other materials available on or through any such website or resource.
Generally, From time to time, Woo may offer products and services for purchase (“in-app purchases”) through iTunes, Google Play, carrier billing, Woo direct billing or other payment platforms authorized by Woo. If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to confirm your purchase with the applicable payment provider, and your method of payment (be it your card or a third party account such as Google Play or iTunes) (your “Payment Method”) will be charged at the prices displayed to you for the service(s) you’ve selected as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments, and you authorize Woo or the third-party account, as applicable, to charge you.
External Service purchases and subscriptions
External Service Purchases, including subscriptions, may be processed through the External Service, in which case those purchases must be managed through your External Service Account. Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel.When making a purchase on the Service, you may have the option to pay through an External Service, such as with your Apple ID or Google account (“your External Service Account”), and your External Service Account will be charged for the purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase and the general terms applicable to your External Service Account. Some External Services may charge you sales tax or similar tax, depending on where you live, which may change from time to time.
If your External Service Purchase includes an automatically renewing subscription, your External Service Account will continue to be periodically charged for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, the subscription will automatically continue for the price and time period you agreed to when subscribing.
To cancel a subscription: If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you must log in to your External Service Account and follow instructions to manage or cancel your subscription, even if you have otherwise deleted your account with us or if you have deleted the App from your device. For example, if you subscribed using your Apple ID, cancellation is handled by Apple, not Woo. To cancel a purchase made with your Apple ID, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > [click on your Apple ID] > View Apple ID > Subscriptions, then find your Woo subscription and follow the instructions to cancel. You can also request assistance at https://getsupport.apple.com. Similarly, if you subscribed on Google Play, cancellation is handled by Google. To cancel a purchase made through Google Play, launch the Google Play app on your mobile device and go to Menu > My Apps > Subscriptions, then find your Woo subscription and follow the instructions to cancel. You can also request assistance at https://play.google.com. If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to use the canceled service until the end of your then-current subscription term. The subscription will not be renewed when your then-current term expires.
If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment made with your External Service Account, Woo may terminate your account immediately in its sole discretion, on the basis that you have determined that you do not want a Woo subscription. In the event that your chargeback or other payment reversal is overturned, please contact Customer Care. Woo will retain all funds charged to your External Service Account until you cancel your subscription through your External Service Account. Certain users may be entitled to request a refund. See the Refund Section below for more information.
Internal purchases and subscriptions
Internal Purchases, including subscriptions, are processed using the Payment Method you provide on the Website or App. Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel.
If you make an Internal Purchase, you agree to pay the prices displayed to you for the Services you’ve selected as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments (and as may change from time to time), and you authorize Woo to charge the payment method you provide (your “Payment Method”). Woo may correct any billing errors or mistakes even if we have already requested or received payment. If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment made with your Payment Method, Woo may terminate your account immediately in its sole discretion, on the basis that you have determined that you do not want a Woo subscription. In the event that your chargeback or other payment reversal is overturned, please contact Customer Care.
If your Internal Purchase includes an automatically renewing subscription, your Payment Method will continue to be periodically charged for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for the price and time period you agreed to when subscribing until you cancel.
To cancel a subscription, you can (1) log in to the Website and go to the Settings page, and then click on “Subscriptions”, and follow the instructions to downgrade; or (2) open the Android App and go to the Settings page, then click on Payments Settings click on “Subscription” Unsubscribe and follow the instructions to downgrade. If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to use the canceled service until the end of your then-current subscription term. The subscription will not be renewed when your then-current term expires.
You may edit your Payment Method information by using the Settings tool. If payment is not successfully processed, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates.
In addition, you authorize us to obtain updated or replacement expiration dates and card numbers for your credit or debit card as provided by your credit or debit card issuer. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer, or other providers of your chosen Payment Method. Certain users may be entitled to request a refund.
Virtual items are non-refundable and subject to certain conditions.
From time to time, you may have the opportunity to purchase a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use or access special limited-use features such as “Boost & Crush” (“Virtual Item(s)”) from Woo. You may only purchase Virtual Items from us or our authorized partners through our Services. Virtual Items represent a limited license right governed by this Agreement, and, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, no title or ownership in or to Virtual Items is being transferred or assigned to you. This Agreement should not be construed as a sale of any rights in Virtual Items.
Any Virtual Item balance shown in your account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect any stored value but instead constitutes a measurement of the extent of your license. Virtual Items do not incur fees for non-use; however, the license granted to you in Virtual Items will terminate in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, on the earlier of when Woo ceases providing our Services, or your account is otherwise closed or terminated.
Woo, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to charge fees for the right to access or use Virtual Items and/or may distribute Virtual Items with or without charge. Woo may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, including taking actions that may impact the perceived value or purchase price, if applicable, of any Virtual Items. Woo shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that Woo exercises any such rights. The transfer of Virtual Items is prohibited, and you shall not sell, redeem, or otherwise transfer Virtual Items to any person or entity. Virtual Items may only be redeemed through our Services.
ALL PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS MADE THROUGH OUR SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WOO IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.Refunds
Generally, all charges for purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a subscription offering is requested within fourteen days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.
For subscribers residing in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio and Wisconsin, the terms below apply:
You may cancel your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribed. In the event that you die before the end of your subscription period, your estate shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your death. In the event that you become disabled (such that you are unable to use the services of Woo) before the end of your subscription period, you shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your disability by providing the company notice in the same manner as you request a refund as described below.

If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Woo. To request a refund, go to iTunes, click on your Apple ID, select “Purchase history,” find the transaction and hit “Report Problem”. You can also submit a request at https://getsupport.apple.com.
If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account or through Woo directly: please contact customer support with your order number for the Google Play Store (you can find the order number in the order confirmation email or by logging in to Google Wallet) or Woo (you can find this on your confirmation email). You may also mail or deliver a signed and dated notice which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. Please also include the email address or telephone number associated with your account along with your order number. This notice shall be sent to Doubleyou Pte. Ltd.10, Jalan Besar, #10-02, SIM LIM Tower, Singapore 208787.
Onward transfer and consent to international processing
Doubleyou may create additional policies to govern the use of Woo, and any other services provided by Doubleyou. Doubleyou will circulate to each of its existing Members a copy of such policies. Continued use of Woo or Doubleyou’s services after circulation of such policies will be deemed to be an acceptance of such policies.
