India’s leading matchmaking app Woo organised Let’s Talk Campaign at Cyber Hub Gurgaon

Gurgaon: India’s leading matchmaking app Woo brought to life their Let’s Talk campaign at Cyber Hub, the heart of Gurgaon. The event was a live Q&A session where people were made to sit in a couch and were asked questions on love and relationship. The couple who came out with interesting answers were given couple movie tickets. WOO tried to open a window for all the people to be upfront and tell about how they feel about being in a relationship, using dating apps to find their life partner and their plans for Valentine’s Day. The event emphasized on the importance of asking the right questions.

‘Genuine profiles, real people and real conversations is what Woo offers to the users. We believe there are great conversations waiting to happen. All you need to do is ask the right question and this is what we are trying to convey to our users. We were there at Cyber Hub Gurgaon to interact with people and ask them candid questions from romance to heartbreak, turn-ons to what men really want as this what are new web series-Let’s Talk is all about,’ said Mr. Sumesh Menon, Co-Founder and CEO Woo.

With ‘Let’s Talk’, Woo launched its first web series to be aired weekly on Woo’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. The three episode series will showcase the kind of interesting guys you would find on Woo. Produced by Mumbai-based production house Electric Dreams Film Company, the series bring out how there is more to every guy than meets the eye, and that asking the right questions can bring that out. Each episode features five men from various walks of life. These guys are urban, single, professionals, achievers in their fields; they are the kind of guys that are found on Woo. The personalities and stories of these men unfold as they answer questions like: ‘What is romance to you? Three things you look for in a woman? What turns you on? How do you deal with heartbreaks? When did you last cry? etc.’ A lot of unexpected heart-touching and hilarious moments that ensue are sure to get people talking.

Dining together is a tried-and-tested, enjoyable way to get to know someone new. For a first date though, why not suggest brunch instead of dinner? A weekend brunch at Carl’s Jr., well known for its variety of chargrilled burgers and hand-breaded bone-in-chicken menu, has a much more casual and American vibe, and the date can happily segue into beers if things go well!

The web series ‘Let’s Talk’ is all about encouraging people to ask the right questions as Woo’s QuestionCastTM feature places personality over looks and helps people connect based on things that matter. QuestionCastTM is a great conversation starter. It helps users break away from banal small talk to questions that are really on their mind. So whether the users want to know about someone’s life priorities or vacation style, QuestionCastTM helps them skip the boring ‘Hello’s and kick it off with rich, meaningful conversations that count. ‘Let’s Talk’ also portrays the same notion and highlights the beauty of words doing wonders in terms of making the right choices
